Pepoline studio is a slow fashion brand and we shop providing you with a range of carefully curated pieces. We wish to slow down the fashion industry and stop overproduction and over consuming habits.

MATERIALS

All our garments are made from already existing materials - such as vintage fabrics or dead stock fabrics. When using these types of fabrics one can come across small signs of the materials previous life. We see this as part of the charm of preloved materials.

DEFECTS & CLAIMS

All sales are covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. We wish to help you in all cases, but please note that we do not cover shipping fees in cases of complaint. Also note that all pieces from Pepoline studio is handmade in our atelier in Denmark. Small differences and signs of the handmade process can occur on the pieces and we do not consider them as defects, but as unique marks, that the clothing is carefully made by human beings.


SHIPPING

All shipments in Denmark are delivered by Postnord or GLS. Regular shipping service is 2-3 business days. For shipping outside Denmark, please contact us at pepoline.studio@gmail.com

RETURNS

If the style was not the right for you, we gladly accept returns within 14 days. In order to return your order you must contact us my mail at pepoline.studio@gmail.com no later than 14 days after the date of receipt. We do not cover shipping expenses for returns.We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent and in case that tracking will be necessary.
